Art Commission: Gunslinger + Wild Magic Sorcerer
Client's Character Description:

Locke is a 28 year old human fighter/gunslinger/wild magic sorcerer from a campaign set in Exandria. He’s tall (about 6ft 3in) and well built, with skin that’s an olive/tan colour. His hair is black and loosely curly/slightly shaggy, falling to about his collar. There’s always one or two perfect curls that hang at the front so if he tilts his head just right they fall into his eyes in a way that never fails to charm women. He keeps a slight bit of scruff on his face - not a full beard or moustache, just a couple of days of stubble. It works to slightly soften his features - a strong jawline, high cheekbones, a prominent nose. His eyes are a deep olive green. He has a gold hoop eyebrow ring in his left eyebrow and two matching gold hoops in his right ear.

He wears close fitting dark leather trousers, knee high boots, a white shirt that’s open at the neck with a dark red vest/waistcoat overtop. Around his neck he wears a gold chain with a gold wedding ring hanging on it along with 3 bullets. Over top he wears a Cloak of Billowing.

About the artwork:

When I think about gunslinger - it's gonna be magic imbued old wild west. The commission got me excited because I really do love tales of old wild west, specially I am a fan of Red Dead Redemption 2. But this one's got to be magical. With a simple gloves and dramatic mystical lighting - that's where I placed the magic. The client had a very specific face for this one and I'm glad I managed to pulled it off since it had a different angle.

What about my inspiration? It's old wild west - of course it's gonna be Remington. The moment I observed Remington's painting, it was really amazing and I was looking forward to create a fantasy artwork inspired by Remington's work! And so I came to this finished digital artwork of a magical gunslinger!
